Strategic Business Solutions Professional

This is a senior role where you'll collaborate with senior leaders, providing strategic support to Commercial, Sales, and related business functions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders from sales teams through to General Managers, to understand their needs, challenge assumptions, and develop solutions that align with global platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans in line with the project delivery lifecycle.
- Develop robust business cases in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear ROI analysis and alignment with global objectives.
- Partner with global technology teams (SAP, Salesforce) to design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Support solution adoption, change management, and benefits realization across local markets.
- Navigate complex matrix structures, balancing global capabilities with local needs and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, driving effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Background in SAP and/or Salesforce (ideally both), with experience in large, complex environments.
- FMCg domain expertise (preferred), or Big 4 consulting experience with fast-moving consumer goods organizations.
