Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our team working within the client solutions department.

This role is pivotal in understanding clients' business and technology landscapes, identifying and solutioning business challenges by building the business case to pave the way for implementation and change.

The ideal candidate will possess business acumen, strong structured problem solving, a solid technical background, strong relationship & presentation skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while effectively managing senior and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding Client needs:
    • Ability to identify and articulate client business problems or opportunities and how technology can enable value creation.
    • Experience and understanding of progressive technologies underpinning AI Transformation across Digital, Cloud, Data &/or Security with the ability to derive high level solutions from these technologies.
    • Conduct assessments of clients' existing environment, and influence on strategies and solutions that will drive tangible business value.
    • Break down complex challenges into tangible solutions including solution design, business case and delivery planning.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Design and Deliver Client Solutions:
    • Design tailored and innovative solutions that meet the specific needs across a diverse range of technologies, being able to prototype or demo solution concepts.
    • Uplift business processes, operating models and ways of working driving tangible outcomes.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions and the ability to deliver outcomes that meet client needs and wants.
    • Ability to articulate high-level estimates (ROM) and advise on commercial or execution risk of the solutions.
  • Relationship and Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strategic, trusted and long-standing relationships with clients.
    • Establish relationships with the Mantel teams, including peers, leaders, technical and delivery teams.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing advisory support throughout the sales and implementation phases of client engagement.
    • Work with partners to facilitate solutions with third-party solutions, i.e., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Pre-Sales Activities:
    • Engage in pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that meet client needs.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, the broader industry and outcomes they are trying to solve.
    • Develop and present proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
    • Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with business goals.
    • Support strategic pursuits.
