About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Bidding Energy & Resources Team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our bid phase processes and ensuring excellence in delivering successful proposals within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage bid teams to deliver high-quality proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and coordinate bid documentation, including RFPs, RFQs, and other bid-related materials
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
