About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Melbourne office. You will be responsible for managing everything from meeting schedules and team celebrations to executive assistance and event planning.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team lunches and events, maintaining a well-stocked kitchen and pantry
- Manage diaries, organize meetings, and assist with onboarding processes
- Track office inventory, coordinate with consultants, and assist in office relocation planning
- Coordinate functions, quarterly events, and corporate hospitality, including the MCG corporate box
About You
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with 3-5+ years of industry experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. You should have familiarity with Melbourne's corporate hospitality scene and be comfortable with occasional event-related hours. You will be a social and organized individual who enjoys bringing people together in the office and thrives in a varied ad-hoc role.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package of $95K - $115K (Incl. Super), based on experience
