Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in creating, supporting, and contributing to a high-performance culture, ensuring great customer experiences across the store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, adhering to store receiving processes. You will also provide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during, and post-sale, and contribute to the overall store experience by merchandising products on the sales floor.

  • Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, using POS systems.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.
