About the Role

ECCO Hornsby, Warringah, Mosman & St Ives are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium, fast-paced environment; uphold the quality of our brand and achieve sales of shoes and related products.
  • Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
  • Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards.
  • General housekeeping and store tidiness.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Professional and committed to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
  • Team player who thrives on building relationships; growth mindset; loves product knowledge and training; willingness to learn.
  • Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
