Job Title: Industrial Registrar

The Industrial Registrar is a pivotal role within the NSW justice system, playing a vital part in the administration of industrial relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to senior officials and stakeholders.

This position requires an in-depth understanding of industrial matters, including setting remuneration and employment conditions, resolving disputes, and exercising additional functions under relevant legislation. The Industrial Registrar will perform all statutory duties as set out in the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and associated legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong legal expertise, advocacy skills, high levels of integrity, and professionalism. They must also demonstrate resilience, sound judgement, and a commitment to justice and public service.

This role is based in Sydney CBD and Parramatta, requiring the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
