We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patrol Officer to join our elite team of roadside assistance experts. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their safety and well-being on the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply mechanical and auto-electrician expertise to provide roadside assistance to members
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure member satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and positive member experience
Requirements
  • Trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician/industry related qualifications
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Highly organised with ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent driving history
  • Able to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
