About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Specialist to support our risk and compliance efforts at TR3 Recruitment. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and managing compliance-related tasks, contributing to our mission while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across the business with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance-related systems and processes.
  • Perform compliance-related administrative tasks and provide administrative support.
  • Fulfill internal and external auditing responsibilities and reporting.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong Administrator who is proficient with systems and processes, with a commitment to the values of the not-for-profit sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to compliance and governance, with:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive material and maintaining confidentiality of information.
