About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Security Operations Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee and manage security operations at our corporate site, ensuring the safety and security of clients and their assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Supervise and support a team of security officers, maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and incident response.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their security needs and concerns.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate;
  • Current NSW Security licence;
  • Proven experience in a security leadership role;
  • Strong understanding of security systems and protocols;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to make quick decisions and manage high-pressure situations;
  • High standards of presentation and grooming;
  • High-level computer literacy skills.
