We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical nursing services to doctors and patients.

With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical nursing services to doctors and patients, including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • At least 2 years' experience working in general practice.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • A caring and collaborative approach to patient care.
  • Proficient in Best Practice Medical Software.
