About the Role
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing the emergency reception desk, answering calls, preparing admission paperwork, and conducting follow-up requests.
- Maintain accurate record management systems, including preparation of medical records.
- Conduct Health Fund Checks as required.
- Manage excess payments and coordinate with staff from other departments.
- Complete various clerical tasks, such as data entry.
About You
- You have previous administrative experience working in a high-volume customer-centric role.
- You possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- You excel in communication and customer service skills.
- You demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
- You can follow instructions and take directions as required.
