Workplace Recovery Specialist

The Recovery Partner is a critical position within the health safety and wellbeing team, accountable for developing and implementing an effective return to work program. This entails providing high-level specialized technical advice and support services for injured workers as they recover at work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the return to work program
- Provide high-level specialized technical advice and support services for injured workers
- Assist in meeting organisational obligations under workers compensation legislation
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in occupational recovery and case management, including SIRA accreditation and/or exemption
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused negotiation influencing skills
