About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to provide workplace rehabilitation services and support individuals in their recovery process.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping people achieve better health and productivity through work and health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting assessments at workplaces, homes, and other locations to identify areas for improvement
  • Identifying barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and developing strategies to overcome them
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Designing and implementing programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualifications in Exercise Physiology and registration with relevant industry associations
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
