We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to fill the role of Workplace Recovery Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed and has a drive to deliver results.

About The Role

This specialist will be responsible for facilitating a return to work by working with injured workers, their representatives, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive RTW outcomes. They will also collaborate with managers on all aspects of return to work, rehabilitation initiatives, reasonable adjustments, injury prevention, and safe return to work after a workplace injury has occurred.

  • The successful candidate will effectively manage statutory claims to maximize outcomes for both the injured worker and the organization.
  • They will maintain accurate information and processes within our Injury Management Software.
  • Additionally, they will prepare reports related to RTW claim status for external stakeholders and clients.

To be successful in this role, the individual will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team as well as autonomously. They will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a return to work and/or injury management position.
  • A strong understanding of technology, including Microsoft suite of products and online injury management software.
