Case Management Specialist Role

You will work with an extensive training program and dedicated Leaders and Specialists to coach, mentor and support you with your professional and personal development, ensuring you are set up for success.

You will assist injured persons and employers with the workers compensation claim process, providing support in the completion of relevant documents, making contact in a timely manner with the injured person to ensure access to required services, proactively managing the claims process to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness.
