Job Description:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality technical support to our customers via various communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Use software tools to diagnose and solve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution for our customers.
  2. Communication Skills: Conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely, effectively communicating with customers and colleagues.
  3. Process Compliance: Resolve problems in compliance with established processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  4. Issue Escalation: Ensure timely escalation of critical customer-related issues through proper channels, maintaining open lines of communication.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other Technical Support specialists and R&D engineers to drive innovation and improve technical support services.
  6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Possess excellent administration and troubleshooting knowledge of various Windows operating systems, networking principles, and IP protocols.
  • Software Experience: Have experience working with SQL databases, video security systems over IP, and CCTV systems or access control.
  • Professional Certifications: Hold relevant professional certifications such as CCNA or equivalent, showcasing expertise in network administration and security.
