We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) team within EY-Parthenon. As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital.

As part of our team, you will work with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments every step of the way. You will be responsible for undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting and disputes.

Key responsibilities include managing and preparation of valuation reports, identifying issues and proposing strategies related to the advice being provided, and maintaining positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and other EY project teams and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience is required. A degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis is also essential.

Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes is desired. Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software is preferred.

Experience conducting valuations for accounting and or tax planning purposes is highly valued. Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills are also required.
