We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) team within EY-Parthenon. As part of a global team of professionals, you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting and disputes.
  • Managing and preparing valuation reports, which may include assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Thinking critically, identifying issues and proposing strategies related to the advice being provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis. Approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience and direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes are desired.
