Residential Property Management Specialist

This pivotal role involves acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, including lot owners, committees, contractors, and agents. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, knowledgeable, and capable of building trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary liaison for lot owners, committee members, contractors, insurers, and agents
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial statements
  • Oversee insurance claims from lodgement to completion
  • Organise and lead Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparation and follow-up on action items
  • Monitor and facilitate the collection of outstanding fees and contributions
  • Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant Owners Corporation legislation and procedures
  • Support other team members and undertake duties as directed by senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Owners Corporation management role
  • Strong understanding of Victorian Owners Corporation legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills and a client-first attitude
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Confident in problem-solving and handling complex issues independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management software
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Valid Victorian driver's licence
