Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Risk, Quality & Compliance professional to drive strategic initiatives and provide expert guidance across our organization.

- Develop and implement effective compliance risk management strategies across the firm.
- Provide training and support on risk & compliance matters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor incidents, breaches, and complaints, embedding controls in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
- Offer guidance on legislative and regulatory changes impacting our compliance obligations.
- Review and approve marketing materials and other external communications to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry.
- Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL, and ACL licensing requirements.
- Experience working with ASIC.
