
Financial Performance Specialist

The Commercial Finance Analyst position involves collaborating with a team of analysts to provide support across various financial functions.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts and identify areas for improvement based on current forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate site-specific month-end accounting tasks within defined timeframes.
- Develop and distribute monthly reporting packs for the business unit.
- Assist in consolidating quantitative and qualitative information for the annual budget process.
- Collect, analyze, and present market data to support product decisions as required.
- Run analysis of key cost drivers to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a team environment and can adapt to changing structures, processes, and technologies.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Have strong commercial acumen and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Power BI/SAP is an added advantage.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are essential.
