Job Title: Analytical HR Professional
Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute various processes and policies within the HR Operations function.
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including pre-employment screening, employment documentation, induction, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Partner with the Senior Recruiter in recruitment coordination and graduate recruiting programs.
- Field employee HR queries, provide regular and ad-hoc reporting, and assist in HR projects.
- 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist, Operations, or Coordinator role or equivalent.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and exercise discretion and confidentiality.
- Previous experience with a corporate HRIS system is preferred.
