
Human Resources Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a talent and people strategy that supports our business growth and culture. This will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
In addition to the technical skills required for this role, the successful candidate will possess a high level of commercial acumen, with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a talent and people strategy that aligns with our business vision and objectives
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of professionals to support our business operations
- Develop and implement succession plans to ensure the continuity of key roles and functions
- Design and implement performance frameworks and appraisal processes to support employee development and engagement
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution and workplace investigations
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in a human resources leadership role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
- High level of commercial acumen, with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes
