Job Title: Generalist HR Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Generalist HR Professional to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to people with disability and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant HR tertiary qualification or experience in a HR advisory role. They should possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver HR projects that align with business objectives.
  • Work on Employee Relations (ER) cases across the business, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advise on Industrial Relations (IR) requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the development of HR strategies, focusing on continuous improvement in line with retention and development plans.
  • Plan and lead key processes with the business that form part of the HR lifecycle, such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management reviews, and talent management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant HR tertiary qualification or experience in a HR advisory role.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within the community services industry or disability background would be highly regarded.
