We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide high level support across all aspects of the function.
- Responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, training, development, and employee data management.
- The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the business.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for someone with relevant experience and a sound knowledge of HR processes.
- Proven ability to interpret policies, procedures, and other employment information, as well as maintain accurate records and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Natural ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex HR issues.
