Job Opportunity: Casual Test Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional testing environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a secure exam delivery environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to candidates, ensuring their testing experience is seamless and secure.
  • Comply with all testing procedures and company policies, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Verify candidate identification and assist with setting up for tests, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Explain exam procedures and proctor/counsel candidates during testing, addressing any questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, escalating policy breaches to relevant business personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized test center environment, performing light housekeeping duties as required.
Key Requirements
  • A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience proctoring/exam invigilating highly desirable.
  • Beg/Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.
  • Ability to sit for long periods, bend and lift up to 20 lbs independently.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, hearing soft voices and seeing details from a distance.
