Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Casual Test Administrator at our Melbourne location.

We are looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts across Weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

The operating hours are between 7am and 11pm, and we offer an attractive pay rate.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a secure exam delivery environment.
  • Procedure Compliance: Comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies.
  • Candidate Support: Check and verify candidates' identification against test registration, and help them set up for their test.
  • Exam Procedures: Explain the exam procedures and proctor / invigilate candidates while they are testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
  • Policy Escalation: Escalate any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
  • Cleaning Duties: Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly desirable.
  • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to sit for long periods and bend/lift up to 20 lbs with independence.
  • Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment.
