We are currently seeking a skilled Test Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering high-stakes exams to professionals and industries through a worldwide network of test centers and partnerships. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring a secure exam delivery environment, and adhering to all testing procedures and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
  • BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, AND OUTLOOK)
