Job Title:

Civil Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct work crews to ensure projects are completed on time, meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members for efficient project delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure professional standards and company objectives are maintained in relation to reputation, service quality, OH&S, and environmental standards.
Requirements/Experience:
  • Proven experience in civil construction, preferably working on subdivision projects or similar (urban construction).
  • Strong understanding and experience with curb, channel, drainage, and road construction is highly desirable.
  • Able to read and interpret plans, ensuring accurate execution.
  • Excellent safety knowledge and initiative, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Effective leadership skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with minimal supervision required.
  • Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
  • Current driver's license and Construction White Card.
