
Dynamic Account Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting our Account Managers and Executives in achieving our strategic objectives and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of creative ideas, assist with research, writing, and pitch development, and provide PR coordination and support assistance to key clients. They will also support Account Executives and Managers as required, contribute to the development and delivery of client-focused solutions across all clients and projects, and assist in the writing, developing, and pitching media releases for client campaigns, activities, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PR coordination and support assistance to key clients
- Support Account Executives and Managers as required
- Contribute to the development and delivery of client-focused solutions across all clients and projects
- Assist in the writing, developing, and pitching media releases for client campaigns, activities, and events
- Track media mentions and activity and produce regular reporting for clients
- Develop systems and processes to improve PR coordination and support
- Contribute to the creative efforts of the business and be willing to share ideas, suggestions, and feedback openly and honestly
- Collaborate across teams and across client projects
- Contribute to the development of relationships with existing clients
- Provide assistance to Account Managers with regards to their own client activities
- Attend events and other client activities as required
- Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries in a timely manner
- Follow up with clients and seek feedback on service delivery
- Actively promote a customer-centric attitude and approach at all times
- Provide admin support as required
- Develop reporting tools and ensure that clients are provided with the necessary information as required
- Maintain accurate and updated WIP documents
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process efficiencies
