Junior Account Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Junior Account Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior account service and content leads, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Assist with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of work-in-progress meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Organise travel arrangements, team events, and support with senior leadership team expenses, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Help coordinate content production, including photoshoots and deliverables tracking, driving innovation and creativity in our content offerings.
