We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Campaign Coordinator to support our national accounts and deliver exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate inventory levels and create insertion orders during the pre-sales phase, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Manage campaign implementation across various teams, coordinating with stakeholders to meet objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with the sales team, ad operations, and clients, serving as a key liaison and providing expert guidance.
- Effectively manage campaign assets and address client change requests in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality output.
- Deliver regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle, empowering data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A solid understanding of digital media and the client-media agency relationship, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines with precision.
- A proactive approach to planning and organizing tasks, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Experience with ad technologies and platforms like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce is a plus.
