Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our Home Modifications & Maintenance teams during a time of growth, reform and national integration.

  • Relevant trade qualifications in building and construction
  • Current licence for general building work
  • Current NSW Supervisor Certification endorsed by Fair Trading NSW
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise government funded services to modify homes to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant laws, standards, building codes, and funding guidelines
  • Work closely with clients and allied health professionals to provide expert oversight of services that make a real difference in people's lives
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of compliance, risk management, and relevant sector legislation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex, client-centred environment
