Skilled Trades Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled trades professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role will involve conducting minor home maintenance and modification works for community clients, ensuring high-quality results and adhering to legislative requirements.

The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to prioritizing client needs.

  • Conducting effective and quality minor home maintenance and modification works
  • Preparing quotes and completing associated tasks for maintenance and modification services
  • Monitoring equipment to ensure safe working order
  • Working collaboratively with the broader Home Maintenance & Modification Service team
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications and experience are required:

  • Licence in Specialist or Trade work (as defined by NSW Fair Trading) and/or Certificate in Building, Construction or Horticulture area or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate competing workloads and tasks
  • Demonstrate understanding of WHS principles and risk management practices
  • Experience using power tools and a wide range of skills in home maintenance and construction
