As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home modifications maintenance service, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong background in residential aged care. You will be accountable for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management position within residential aged care
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong operational, clinical, and people management skills
- Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and a focus on outcomes
- A long-term mindset - someone who wants to grow with the service and the team
