Job Description

As a Senior PMO Consultant, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services.

  • Support the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
  • Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities.
  • Develop and implement robust processes, supporting the overall governance and controls.
  • Refine existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and assist in establishing best practices and frameworks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.
  • Motivate and guide other members of the PMO team.
Your Qualifications
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to add value within project, program, and/or portfolio PMOs.
  • A track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects and programs.
  • Proven abilities in establishment and tracking of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
  • Experience working in different types of PMO is desirable.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
