Strategic Procurement Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to enable our dynamic team in delivering strategic programs focused on the continuous evolution of the function and its Value Proposition.
About the OpportunityThis role will directly contribute to the success of some of the most visible C-suite-sponsored strategic programs within Woolworths Group. You will lead the delivery of key programs, including the Group Procurement Capability Framework and Quarterly Delivery Cycle.

- Be a leader in agile, robust project & program management and a key member of the Group Program Management Tribe.
- Build credibility and be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the Business Units to demonstrate the value they receive through structured proactive program management.
You will work closely with our teams to identify and develop high-quality optimisation programs, within the Goods & Services Not for Resale space. We collaborate with each Business Unit to target and prioritise areas that represent a significant improvement in their cost of doing business and therefore directly contribute to the company's bottom line.
What You'll BringWe are looking for an individual with prior or current consulting or large corporate experience with demonstrable Program Management skills. You will bring:
- Extensive experience leading medium to large-scale corporate programs.
- Specialist program management skills developed as a member of a complex program team with multiple workstreams (People, Process and Systems), utilising agile methodologies.
- Well-developed problem-solving toolkit including analytical with a creative mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity and the development of the storyboard to engage and bring stakeholders along the journey.
- Proven collaboration and strong business partnering skills with senior Stakeholders.
This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with potential to extend or go permanent.
