Support Individual Needs
">We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities">- ">
- Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, domestic duties, daily living activities, and household management.">
- Support individuals with physical disabilities, including transfers, use of equipment, and hoisting.">
- Assist with catheter care, peg feeding, and bowel care.">
- Manage seizures and provide guidance on physiotherapy programs.">
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.">
To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Two or more years of experience in mental health and behaviours of concern.">
- Good judgment, common sense, listening skills, and a willingness to learn.">
- A commitment to our values and a passion for supporting people with disabilities.">
