A great opportunity has just been created to join our Western Melbourne’s Team. The Manager Individual & Camps Supports is a key role that

You will be leading the design, development and the coordination of the implementation of programs in the Individual Supports and Camps departments. You will thrive to provide high quality services to meet clients demand and deliver optimum outcomes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate program and staff activities so that services are flexible, effective, responsive to individual needs, and consistent with relevant policies.
- Provide supervision, support and performance development for your team
- Oversee the implementation of client service planning
- Monitor expenditure and staff resource levels within given parameters and work with the Executive Manager to ensure financial balance of the services
- Provide regular reports and data as requested on key aspects of service operations, achievements, and risk management.
- Oversee On-call management and processes to ensure operational effectiveness
- Co-ordinate staff meetings, organise agenda, and report outcomes of meetings.
- Ability to network and develop effective working relationships.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial management and budgeting skills
- Community services sector experience
- Experience in managing, supervising, and supporting multi-disciplinary operational teams to reach their workplan goals.
- An understanding and demonstrated commitment to social inclusion and diversity and valuing attitudes and commitment to people with disabilities.
