Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing change management strategies that align with our Change Management Framework
  • Guiding senior leaders in their role as change management sponsors
  • Creating change agent networks to foster a culture of agility and innovation
  • Driving stakeholder engagement to ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives using data-driven approaches
Qualifications

We are looking for someone with minimum 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments. You should have knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools. A systems thinking approach to problem-solving is essential, as well as experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.

Our ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute change management strategies that align with our Change Management Framework. This includes addressing the people side of transformations, including developing and running change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies to meet business objectives.
