As an Agile Coach, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Opportunity AwaitsWithin our Innovation and Ventures team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key programs of work. This includes facilitating team formation, onboarding teams into our eco-system, and coordinating activities to drive innovation.
Your focus will be on promoting collaborative, experimental, and innovative cultures within teams. You will utilize your expertise to establish and embed a cadence-based approach, driving progress and success.
About the Ideal Candidate- A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, including:
- Demonstrated experience in team forming/foundation, setting up newly formed teams, establishing and embedding a cadence-based approach.
- Proficient in workshop design and delivery, remote and in-person.
- High EQ and ability to build connections and empathy with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience introducing foundational Agile ways of working in a non-IT environment is highly regarded.
