Invoice Processing Expert

As an Invoice Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end health support to a large client base. This includes providing accurate and timely invoicing assessment and processing, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities include managing queue work, participating in team meetings and coaching sessions, and contributing to process improvements. You will have the opportunity to innovate and partner with colleagues who are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
Success in this role requires previous experience in customer service, processing, and administration, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be an Australian citizen and able to attain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A high level of professionalism and discretion is required when dealing with sensitive information.
