The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our new Keysborough head office. This is a key role within our finance team, responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, accounts receivable processes, and supporting the wider finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with customer terms and project milestones
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Receipt customer payments into our ERP
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy of billing information
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting and other ad hoc finance duties as required

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar invoicing/accounts receivable role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, or similar) preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
  • A proactive and collaborative team player
