**Dynamic Role Combining Admin and Animal Care**

  • • We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a dynamic administration/animal assistant role.

We require individuals who can effectively combine front-of-house and administrative responsibilities with animal care duties. This involves assisting with daily operational tasks, handling bookings and payments, interacting with clients, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Assist with daily operational tasks alongside back-of-house animal care, ensuring seamless operations.
  • • Handle bookings and payments, interact with clients, and ensure excellent client service.
  • • Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a kennel, animal shelter, veterinary clinic, or similar environment.
  • • Full Australian working rights.
  • • A current, valid driver's licence.
  • • Proficient in using computers and learning new booking or management systems.
  • • Physically fit and comfortable performing manual, active tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • • A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • • Previous experience in administration or customer service.
  • • Willingness and availability to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, Easter, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Experience using booking software (Gingr or similar systems).
  • • Calm, confident, and professional communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues.
