About This Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Marketing ANZ and based in Southbank VIC. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver consumer-centric campaigns and track their performance across the fresh milk portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Digital Manager to develop engaging content and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • You will support the development of the annual marketing brand plan for the ANZ business unit and contribute to bringing key brand assets to life.
  • You will be responsible for managing CAD approvals, asset dispatches, and marketing spend, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • You will provide marketing insights to inform demand reviews and track competitor advertising activity.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in consumer marketing, preferably in a reputable Consumer Product Goods business.

You should have strong digital and social media proficiency, including content development and campaign tracking. Experience developing marketing initiatives to increase product visibility on retailer's platforms / in-store is also essential.

A solid understanding of sales forecasting and marketing investment management is crucial. You should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as end-to-end project management abilities.
