Marketing and Communications Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Six Degrees Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the image of our client, promoting their services, and driving growth in the marketplace.

About the Role

This is a senior position that manages and provides leadership to a Marketing and Communications team responsible for brand management, advertising, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and market research. As guided by the organisation's strategic plan and priorities, you will develop and deliver strategies, key positioning messages, and opportunities for leveraging marketing and communications through the line.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a Marketing and Communications team, providing coaching and mentoring to direct reports.
  • Build relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to create engaging campaigns for specific audiences.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, financial reporting, and forecasts in conjunction with the GM Sales, Marketing and Events.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Marketing and Communications role, responsible for developing and implementing measurable strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a technical role with strategic leadership overview.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing briefs.
  • Track record of success in developing media and PR strategies.
