Key Role in Tour Management

  • Portfolio management: Oversee all aspects of tour portfolios from departure to return, guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supplier liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to confirm arrangements, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
  • Documentation production: Prepare comprehensive documentation for tour members and leaders, enhancing their understanding and engagement.
  • Support provision: Offer assistance to tour members, leaders, and suppliers as required, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 months of experience in the travel industry, preferably in operations or group travel.
  • A profound understanding of the touring market, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration and conflict resolution.
