This is a pivotal role that involves partnering with construction leaders to deliver operational HR support to over 300 white and blue collar project-based employees.
The Senior Human Resources Advisor will play a key part in leading employee relations processes, supporting demobilisation activities, and providing expert advice on workplace relations matters to leaders and employees.
Responsibilities include managing the full range of people management activities, including recruitment, remuneration, employee relations, and offboarding/demobilisation.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for recommending strategies to enhance employee performance and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Role Requirements
- Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Law, Finance, or other associated disciplines
- Strong knowledge of national and state regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and performance matters
- Experience managing a direct report (desired)
