Create your best future and join a dynamic team as a Lending Manager. Drive new business opportunities, rebuild and grow existing relationships.
You will assist customers with their dream of owning their own home. You'll be one of the friendly faces of our branch, for both new and existing customers to meet when it's time to apply for a home loan (or even before then).
Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, you will build great relationships with our customers. Service will become second nature to you, as you meet with customers to find out what their financial needs are today – and what goals they have for tomorrow.
And then match them up with the financial products that will bring them closer to making those goals a reality.
What do I need? Experience with lending is essential for your success. You'll need to be a people person through and through, someone who thrives on building great relationships from the very first conversation – and maintaining that quality.
Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending, is also required. Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported. Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
Strong business development skills and the ability to network effectively within the community are also needed.
We're obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we're looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
In return, we're committed to making this bank the best place to work in the country.
Here are just a few of the ways we're already doing that:
- Special offers on banking products and discounts from top brands
- Flexible work arrangements to help you achieve a greater work/life balance
- Tailored learning and development opportunities to help your grow your career within the bank
We welcome everyone – no matter your age, gender, background, or abilities. We also provide additional support to welcome our veterans, Indigenous Australians, and neurodiverse community.
